Aternus Chamber Orchestra to debut on March 28 and 30, 2013

We are pleased to announce that the first performances of the Aternus Chamber Orchestra will take place at the end of March.  On Thursday, March 28 at 7:00 pm, Aternus will appear at the Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT, and on Saturday, March 30 at 7:30 pm, the orchestra will give a concert at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art in Hartford, CT.  These concerts will honor the Year of Italian Culture in the United States.

Michael White: Elegia (2011) – U.S. Premiere

Ástor Pantaleón Piazzolla (Arranged by Gaetano Di Bacco): Saxtango: Suite for Saxophone and String Orchestra (2007) – The suite includes Milonga del Angel, Muerte del Angel, Oblivion and Libertango.
